The Association is
responsible for collecting the Homeowners Association Fees, paid monthly by every
homeowner to cover community expenses such as maintaining public grounds, trash
collection, snow removal on streets not yet turned over to state maintenance, and
more. The Homeowners Association can act as a mediator between homeowners, and
homeowners and the developer, and is there to ensure homeowners rules and guidelines are
followed and enforced.
